How long does it take to receive my purchase?
Depending on what items you purchased, shipping times may vary. With the exception of software downloads, physical merchandise can take upwards of to 10+ days to receive. We try our best to get your orders fulfilled same-day, so you would be able to receive your products as quickly as possible.
How are you able to sell your merchandise at such low prices?
We are always sourcing and finding the best deals for you. Pricing may reflect sale pricing. We have low profit margins in order to give you the best deal possible!
When will I get the purchased software?
If the software is listed as a "digital download" then software purchases are delivered digitally. This means right after purchase, you will receive an email invoice with a download link and license codes for your software. As we send your information via e-mail. Always make sure that you have entered correct and working email address. If the software is in a retail-box then you can expect your item to be delivered to you within a certain time-frame.
Do you ship out your software on a physical disk?
No, currently we do not send out physical disks. All software on our website is sent out via digital delivery. If the software has “digital delivery” under the product description, then that specific product is not shipped out physically.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is calculated by the merchandise which you're purchasing. Normally the shipping cost is a flat-rate charge of 9.99. Meaning that if you purchase more than one item, you'll still pay a flat rate of 9.99 for your purchase. Some heavy weight items will cost around $20.00 for shipping.
Will I be able to download purchased software in the future again (PC crash)?
You you will be able to download your software again, through the links sent to your email.

You're able to find Hardware Requirements in description which comes with each product in our store. We always recommend that your computer meets all hardware requirements for each product, as we cannot be held liable for any problems that occur.

The amount of computers the software supports will be in the product description. Always make sure to check our product description boxes to see what software best fits your needs.
Will 32-bit Software work on a 64-bit machine?
Yes! With the exception of an operating system, almost all 32bit programs work flawlessly on 64-bit machines.

We drive to always give you the “Lowest Price.” However we do occasionally give discounts to repeat customers purchasing more than one product.

We will help you to download, install and activate purchased program, but we cannot teach you how to use a purchased product.
